Rolling Bearings

BRC’s bearings are engineered for the demanding conditions of steel mills, where heavy loads, high speeds, and extreme temperatures are the norm. From material processing to final inspection, our production capabilities ensure durability, efficiency, and extended service life.

Our Production Capabilities

Design and Simulation

Advanced engineering tools optimise bearing geometry for load capacity, alignment, and heat management. Prototyping and simulation validate designs before production.

Material Processing

Bearing rings are forged from high-grade alloy or carburised steel. Heat treatment cycles (hardening and tempering) enhance strength, wear resistance, and fatigue life.

BRC’s bearings use high-grade alloy steels for rings, carburised steels for high load applications, and bearing steels for precision elements. Cages are manufactured in brass, steel, or polyamide, depending on the operational environment.

Machining

High-precision CNC turning and grinding guarantee dimensional accuracy. Bearing cages are produced from brass, steel, or polyamide, depending on the application.

Assembly

All components are assembled under strict controls to ensure correct internal clearances, preload, and lubrication readiness.

Inspection and Testing

Every bearing undergoes dimensional checks, hardness testing, and non-destructive testing where required. Dynamic testing confirms rotational accuracy, load capacity, and service life.
