Steel Forgings

Delivering steel forging excellence driven by manufacturing expertise

BRC produces steel forgings for applications requiring stringent control, supported by controlled material sourcing, high-capacity hydraulic forging presses, and disciplined manufacturing processes.

Our Production Capabilities

Melting and Pouring

Melting and Pouring

Our foundry melts and refines raw materials using ladle refining and vacuum degassing furnace processes to achieve precise chemical composition. Molten steel is cast into ingots under controlled conditions, providing a stable material foundation and consistent quality for subsequent forging and heat treatment.

Vacuum Casting 70t-300t
Heat Treatment Furnace 8.0m x 3.5m x 3.5m (L x B x H)
Forging and Heat Treatment

Forging and Heat Treatment

Following ingot production, BRC forges the material using controlled compressive forces to achieve the required component geometry and internal structure. Post-forging heat treatment processes, including normalising, quenching, tempering, and annealing, are then applied to develop the specified mechanical properties in line with application requirements.

Finish Machining

Finish Machining

After heat treatment, forged components undergo finish machining to achieve final dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements. Operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding are carried out, followed by inspection to confirm compliance with design specifications.

Testing and Inspection

Testing and Inspection

BRC conducts non-destructive inspection and testing throughout the production process to verify material integrity and dimensional compliance. Intermediate testing and dimensional inspections are performed after rough machining to identify potential issues early, followed by final inspection after finish machining.

All inspections are carried out by certified Level II and Level III NDT inspectors, providing assurance of compliance with customer requirements and applicable international standards.
